How do I get access to the Brand Center?

Agent access for Brand Center

State Farm Agents and team members do not have access to the Brand Center. Please direct agents to the Building our Brand ABS page, which provides key guidelines and resources that will assist them in building the State Farm brand effectively.

Internal access requests for Brand Center and AEM

As an internal user with a State Farm alias (this excludes agents/agent staff), you already have read-only access to the AEM backend and the ability to download assets from the Brand Center.

For elevated AEM access

If a user is needing contribute access to AEM to upload final assets, please submit a request using the Access Request form on the Brand Design + Management SharePoint page.

External access requests

External user’s access to AEM / Brand Center should be submitted via State Farm business partners. The State Farm business partner will need to complete the Access Request form on the Brand Design + Management SharePoint page (please note only internal State Farm associates can access this form).  The following information will need to be provided:

  • State farm business partner
  • Details of the users (i.e. name and e-mail ID)
  • Access details (i.e. AEM backend or Brand center)
  • Business case

If approved, the State Farm business partner will be sent the user log-in information.  This must be shared verbally, as we are not allowed to email this information.
